Beach area was huge and clean! Plenty of room and not crowded. The Exotic Bird interaction with the handler (Danko, I believe his name was) who was over the top amazing... if you love animals. We had spent about a full hour with him and the birds with unlimited photos and interactions. He was a top notch employee!

All restaurants on premises were excellent! It was lovely to walk to each of them. Sunset Grille was our favorite! We enjoyed the buffet breakfast as well. The location to pools and beach was wonderful. Great to have snacks and drinks brought to you.

Services at the property - are exceptional, and all minor details were addressed in minutes. The staff was very helpful and friendly. There are plenty of activities for all families with children (although we were with our 20-year-old daughter)...The beaches are pristine, right a few steps away, and beautifully maintained gardens and greenery surround the hotel. Our room was spacious and had very comfy Q-beds and a balcony with a gorgeous ocean view, but of course - the best of all - was the beach itself! We did not have a problem reserving the palapas for the same morning each day before 10 a.m...

Had an excellent experience at the Hilton. We were travelling with a small infant, and the staff was incredibly accommodating. The Hilton has the best stretch of beach in the area, and we were able to book Palapas in advance which was a huge pro. The pools were beautiful, the room was very clean, and they were able to accommodate all of our room requests (crib, first floor, microwave in room, etc). The restaurants on the property were great, and the location is amazing as there are many amazing restaurants within walking distance. Overall I highly recommend!

One of the only properties that provided an immersive tropical experience. It did not have atypical huge buildings with a commercial setup, instead had a very nice island vibe with dense palm trees and landscaping that blended in well. Room was clean, comfy in the Aruba tower. Staff was friendly and breakfast package was totally worth it. Location is excellent - beach is toddler friendly, shops and restaurant are across the road. Highly recommend for families or those looking to unwind on the beach.
